Please read fully and carefully!

Basic Rules:

  • Full references are required.

  • I reserve the right to publish the finished commission on my social media, with you credited as my client (unless requested otherwise).

  • You, the client, may repost the artwork on your social media, with a proper credit provided.

  • You may not use the artwork to create copies, prints or other merchandise with the intent to profit from it, without communicating it first, as it will be factored into pricing.

  • You may not use the artwork to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence.

  • You may not use the artwork for block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Regarding Payment:

  • Payment via PayPal invoice.

  • Paid in full upfront, but can negotiate payment plans depending on commission type and full price.

  • If I need to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.

  • If you, the client, cancels the commission, only a partial refund will be issued, unless no work has been done.

  • No refunds will be issued after the commission is finished.

Regarding Content:

  • You may request a reasonable number of edits and changes.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  • NSFW subjects are accepted, unless discussing any of the following subject matter:

    • Heavy gore.

    • Depicting minors in a sexual manner.

    • Non-consentual sexual violence of any kind.

    • Abusive behaviour.

    • Anything promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination of any kind.

Notes from the artist:

  • I, the artist, promise you, the client, responses in a timely manner and regular updates regarding your commission.

  • I’m located in Ireland, so please keep that in mind while contacting me from a dierent timezone.

  • I have a regular day job, so your commission might take some time (within reason of course).

Disclaimer:

  • By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the listed terms of service.

  • If you don’t accept these terms, I will refuse your commission.

User Agreement:

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
